Children under 7 should not play with slime for their personal safety, parents please be aware. Please keep slime away from furniture, personal objects, clothing, and pets. Most importantly, do not eat slime!

All slime orders comes with slime care sheet and borax.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our orders internationally worldwide.

How do I track my order?

​Once your order is placed, an email will be sent to you with your order including confirmation number of your payment. Once your order is shipped, another email will be sent to your email with the tracking number of your package.

How long would it take for my order to arrive?

We ship all of our orders in 1-3 business days after we have received and confirmed your order after your payment. US domestic customers could expect their orders to arrive in 1-2 weeks once the order is shipped.

What do I do if my order was lost during the shipment? 

If your order either didn't arrived in the expected deliver time/ or it's lost due to the problem with the carrier (USPS) please contact us within 3 days after the expected delivery date, and we would either give out a solution or refund the item(s) which is lost. However, we are not responsible for any orders that are lost due to incomplete or wrong addresses.

What happens if my order came cracked/ or I got the wrong product?

If your order was in any of those conditions, please go to contact us and include at least 4 photos and a video to prove that your condition is true within 24 hours after you have received your order. We do not accept slime that is either played with or touched.

Can I cancel my order?

We would only accept cancellation of orders within 1 hours after your purchase, once the time limit is reached, your order is final.

Do you accept returns?

Please understand, due to the nature of hand made products, we do not accept returns of any orders. All orders are final.

Slime Care

Slime information/ questions

All slime products in our store are not edible, slime may contain borax, PVA glue, lotion, fragrance oil, air dry clay, glycerin, corn starch, hand soap, or baby oil, if allergic to any of these materials, then please do not purchase these products. 

What happens if my slime order arrives deactivated(sticky)/ over activated(tough)?

Slime may arrive sticky or tough due to heat or certain weather conditions. A instruction sheet will comes with every slime order, explaining what to do. 

If the slime is sticky:

Add ½ tsp of borax provided to 1 cup of warm water, stir until the borax is fully dissolved. Then add small amounts of the mixture into the slime, and start kneading the slime with both hands. Keep repeating the process until the slime doesn’t stick to your hands.


If the Slime is tough/rubbery:

Add a few drops of lotion into your slime, then start kneading the slime, repeat the process until your desired texture.
