Return Policy

Can I cancel my order? Do you accept returns?
Please understand, due to our hand made products, we don't accept returns or cancellation of any slime orders. All orders are final at the moment you place the order.


What happens if my order came cracked/ or I got the wrong product?
If your order was in any of those conditions, please go to contact us and include at least 4 photos and a video to prove that your condition is true within 24 hours after you have received your order. We do not accept slime that is either played with or touched.


What do I do if my order was lost during the shipment? 
If your order either didn't arrived in the expected deliver time/ or it's lost due to the problem with the carrier (USPS) please contact us within 3 days after the expected delivery date, and we would either give out a solution or fully refund your order. However, we are not responsible for any orders that are lost due to incomplete or wrong addresses.
